virtualPACS is a client side, Windows-based PACS system designed to automate teleradiology workflow between a radiology reading group and their customers by automating the process of retrieving DICOM studies and their related demographics and billing information. The system also serves as a local PACS system for the client site that caches studies and reports to local storage in addition to providing options for remote archive, Web access, and patient portals etc.

• Use virtualPACS as the primary Web-based reading solution, or forward the studies to any DICOM-compliant PACS or reading workstation.
• Print reports on your local printer or deliver them electronically from your PC. A short-term database of all reports and images is stored on the virtualPACS so you can retrieve copies of any study, report, or billing information off the local server.
